Passionate about vegan cuisine! I've been working in restaurants, in one form or another, for most of my life.

In 2010, I became a vegetarian, and a few years later I went completely vegan, and it was the best decision I ever made! I was the vegan chef at Tabor's Thyme Cafe, formerly a mostly organic, vegetarian restaurant in Berea, Ohio.

Caroline Klebl

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Caroline Klebl, PhD, learned the Ashtanga Yoga method, from Sri K Pattabhi Jois, over the course of nine years. With a background in Tibetan Buddhism, Iyengar and Viniyoga, she practices and teaches Ashtanga Yoga. 

She studied traditional Ayurveda and Pancha Karma, Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy in South India. Prior to teaching Yoga, she was an avid snowboarder and worked as vegetarian chef. Since 1998, she has taught Yoga courses and retreats in Europe, Africa, Asia, the US and Central and South America.

Michelle Martinez

DOCTOR OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY AND YOGINI

Dr. Michelle is a board Psychology and Board Certified Coach (Executive and Life Coaching) with additional certifications in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, ADHD Treatment, and 500-hour Advanced Yoga Instruction. 

She has worked with a diverse group of people including executives, from organizations such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Tesla, etc
